Beyond the Ordinary

My little home bakery started in the middle of a very full season of life: caring for our family, bringing home our newborn after a long NICU stay, chasing after our energetic four-year-old, all while learning how to build something meaningful from our home kitchen.

What began as a simple loaf of bread slowly turned into a growing rhythm. Baking has become a way to create comfort and care.

Today, I’m excited to share that bread with my community.

I focus on small-batch naturally fermented sourdough loaves made with simple ingredients and slow methods. For now, the menu includes rustic white sourdough, hearty multigrain, and whole wheat loaves — with more variability expected in the near future.

My hope is to provide honest bread for everyday tables and to grow something local, personal, and lasting right here in Grant Park.
